Ive visited this doctors practice multiple times this year. Each time has been a pleasant experience. I would recommend the female doctors here for women's sexual health. However the nurse that does children's vaccines is very cold, doesn't communicate well and doesn't make it a good experience for the little ones.

I wish I could give them 0 stars Can't believe how they treat their patients and money making business. The receptionist is so rude and bully you and being assertive and ask for money Consulted the GP and had to wait for 30 Mins although the appointment was booked. She prescribed some test and told to let me know the test results over the call and won't charge anything Didn't get any call. Upon calling back after couple days the receptionist rudely said to book the appointment to know the result and without our consent booked the appointment Doctor called us for literally 2 minutes. Told us the results and the next thing was we were bombarded with calls from receptionist to pay for the appointment although it was specifically told by Ms Gupta it will be without any charges We have been getting invoices to our house after every 1 week and it feels a literal harassment We have been stressed out with the this situation and will take a legal action soon

It was a very useful visit I'm glad to become a client at your clinic The Doctor was very pleasant and told me what we he can do to manage My health and manage my pain and other aspects of my health .

Dr Samuel craven is an absolutely amazing GP! Always get treated so lovely by reception too. 100% could not recommend anyone else like him!!! He has helped me out a lot! :)

I go in to see a dr for help not to be insulted and made to feel like scum. This is the 2nd time I have left feeling worse than I went in. Never will I put my money into your establishment. They couldn't even process my rebate

I got in 10 minutes before our appointments and waited while six. Other people walked in and sat down and got seen before us, including four people who saw the same doctor. When I noticed this and asked how much longer they said that the doctor was running behind.

Dr.Sam Craven is excellent. Really listened to me and my health issues and took me on after my doctor retired. I'm so happy I chose this clinic and he was accepting new patients. Im extremely grateful as it is very hard to find someone when you have complex ongoing issues. Reception very friendly and greeted with a smile and were very helpful. Thank you to all :-)
